Tjeter Vizion

History

In 1998, the Italian NGO CEFA, in agreement with the Albanian Government, constituted a range of social services in the city of Elbasan through development projects. The only local operators of these projects in thecity of Elbasan were trained for being competent to deliver and offer these services. By the end of 2001, a group of employees started the work for the foundation of an Albanian non-profit organization and in February 20, 2002 was created “Tjeter Vizion” non-profit organization, which was approved by the Tribunal of Tirana in April 8, 2002. Since May 2002, “Tjeter Vizion” offers social services for vulnerable children, youth and women in the city of Elbasan. It has a close collaboration with the Local Government, institutions and other national and international NGO.

Mission

To offer social services for children, youth and women at risk by helping them in their personal development and reintegration into society

Vision

The basic principles of our association are respect of human dignity, mutual help, solidarity, fair distribution of economic resources, doing work by not making use of people, inner and outer democratization, commitment, self-determination and independent leading and balancing the responsibilities between the roles.
