Volunteer for an Anti-Trafficking Organization on International Volunteer Day
International Volunteer Day is December 5th. Honor it by volunteering for an organization fighting modern-day enslavement.
Founded in 2009, Central Valley Freedom Coalition is a coalition of federal and local law enforcement, service providers, victim advocates, faith-based organizations, and concerned citizens dedicated to working together to address the critical issue of Human Trafficking in the Central Valley of California. It is currently being operated and sponsored by Central Valley Against Human Trafficking, a project operated out of Fresno EOC and funded by Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement; a Rescue and Restore Coalition and also through Fresno Police Department's Human Trafficking Taskforce.
Through advocacy, partnership, and direct service, our mission is to abolish all forms of human trafficking and free victims from the grip of slavery.
