Learn About Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women
November is Native American Heritage Month in the United States. Honor this month by learning about how human and labor trafficking affects Native American communities, particularly women.
AAGW was founded in 2003 to assist, support, and empower trafficking survivors in Albania. Since 2013 survivors of domestic violence have become part of our program as well. We support counseling, job training, educational, and income generation programs.
The AAGW mission is to support trafficking and domestic violence survivors in Albania as they move out of the shelter, reintegrate, and support themselves independently. We have been providing financial, emotional, and educational support for trafficking survivors since 2003.
We believe in a world without trafficking, exploitation, or discrimination in which everyone's rights are respected and in which men and women are free to pursue opportunities equally.
